Return Policy

Return of Online Orders:

• Return purchases must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Merchandise found to be defective may be returned only with proper authorization. Call for authorization 1-800-537-0024
• A refund will be issued to the charge card used for the initial purchase
• Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on the return package.
• We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your return package, Kenyon will not pay for the return shipping service.
• Merchandise returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached and/or packaging intact.
• Merchandise sent back in less than new condition will be discarded and refund will not be applied.
